Please handle this situation

Moltenchesseba11 has been accused of griefing from someones house as well as chat spam with all caps. I politely asked him to quit spamming and not to grief since no staff were online. He continued to spam even more and then when multiple people online told him he was going to be reported he began spamming even more. He also gave me a book with a threat that he would ban me? Of course empty threats however he is not only disrespecting me but is disrespecting other players by being rude in chat as well. I have a screan shot of some of the spam.

We are very sorry staff wasnt online at the time of this happening. This player including the others that greifed the place have been given a long jail
