Help for a lurking Donor?

Quite a few months ago I stopped playing Minecraft to power through 2 semesters of College without distraction and now that I've come back what the heck has happened? The server Ip I have is a ghost town (104.128.48.82) , people keep referencing some kind of hub problem like the apocalypse, and no one apparently has any clear answers. I have a feeling there is a new Ip but I cant find it to save my life, I've scoured the internet to no avail and most news cuts off in January for some unknown reason. I love CorbaCraft, you guys have my money and I want to play and support the server I donated to so where did everyone go?

The server was reset and moved to the server hub along with another server. Go here to play.corbacraftmc.com and go through the lothar server portal to find the server
