Server Down. Again!

Server is down again. Due to a crash.

No ETA on when the server will be up,

No announcement on the forum or twitter,

No staff working on the issue or around to answer questions as they are all american.

The server has the potential to be absolutely fantastic but is hugely let down by the lack of communication, downtime and exclusivity of USA staff.

I look forward to the response once a member of the american staff is awake.

There are staff working on the issue but there might have been further problems
And not all staff are american i am British

They should add more power and hire some techs to the server for better performance and less crashes. U can't run a pro server only learning from YouTube guides. Time to invest some money from so many donation they Had got.
If another reset will occur please change server name to Reset-craft_RC.

and still no word.

An announcement was put up so players wouldn't get upset thinking they were just left with a down server no staff. The server will be back up this afternoon once a few things are fixed.

You guys are really unlucky with server going down for 2nd weekend in a row

Afternoon means late evening for us then.

I think we should just appreciate that we have such a grea server to play on maybe the crash happened because they were trying to improve something for the people's enjoyment and we should just be patient the server just had a hub put in there are most likely a bunch of bugs

If people don't like it, I don't see why they stay and complain. I've been on multiple servers and by far this is the best I've seen. The staff are fabulous, even under the pressure the users are putting them under. I'm going to continue to call this home (although I only know 2 people on the server, lol).

I do because I understand how hard it must be to maintain a server of this magnitude with this many people. And with so many of them complaining about things like not getting items, their ranks, etc.

Thank you Queen The switch from old corba to the hub has been hectic. Things should start to smooth back out soon thouhg

I do see your concern, understanding and patience. However, IMHO, you should consider the view from both sides. People are paying real money for some virtual merchandise. Real money = real deal. In that case you can't always expect people to be all-time passive about it.

And before someone point out "Yeah, especially you with your 5$". I get paid in PLN, where 1$ = 4 PLN. It's like paying 20$ for 5$ item (income-wise). But that's not important. Real. Money.

I could go on and on, but I don't want to be any more toxic here. Just so you know, I agree with you and ICaptainNewport, but at the same time not being upset about it wouldn't be normal.

Like I said before we comepletely understand how frustrated everyone is. We never asked anyone to be happy about waiting. We only ask that you be patient while we try to straighten everything out. I promise everyone will get their ranks and items very very soon.
