Patronising and rude player

Chomp567 used character spam in the chat. So I told him not to character spam. What it lead on to was Chomp567 being rude and patronising, attempting to get a reaction out of me by using comments that I really was not impressed with. Instead of stating he did not know what he had done, he instead replied with incredibly patronising replies and made it out that I was being rude by telling him not to go against the rules.

I have used /ignore on this player and will not engage with him again. I do not expect any punishment, but want to make people aware of this situation and to show that I did not in fact do anything wrong. I appreciate that it may have been a misunderstanding and that he did not know what was meant by character spam, but I felt he was very childish towards the situation and seeked to blame me when all I did was originally told him to stop with the spam.

I apologise for the amount of proof, the conversation was a few minutes long. I forgot to take a screenshot of where I told Chomp to stop towards the end, but accidentally said "Chomp, stopo". His comment about "nice english" was just after and clearly aimed at me.
