Repetitive Bad Language Empty Repetitive Bad Language

This player (HeroStrike) has just joined the sever and is persistantly using bad language in the chat, despite being told. He has also expressed desire to be banned. Unfortunately he cannot be muted so I have told people to /ignore him and await muting from staff at a later date.
