More Staff

As a player I gotta say, there's a good 6-8 hour period (midnight - 8am PST) every night where for maybe one total hour there's a staff member online.

During this time there are:

1. Countless new players with questions
2. Players joining just to break the rules and advertise other servers
3. Donors threatening new players and acting as if they themselves are staff (making the social environment very uncomfortable)

Given this, I'd say a good 3 out of every 5 new players you could be gaining each night are leaving soon after coming in.

I believe active, mature and experienced staff are required to negate this. In my opinion there should be at least one staff member on each server at any given time.

Just to clarify: I put #3 just to have a third point and for the opportunity to point it out to all staff. Of course any player should remind others of the rules, but I don't think it should lead to a huge argument which floods the chat. I've seen Wyn remind some Donors to leave things to staff, and I greatly appreciate that.
