Help Me, Banned wrongly

Hi, I'm Xastifoodled and I got stuck in a netherportal trap. I came on with my alt (my friend named it) BonglordV2 and tried to talk to Plaz to get my xasti acc unstuck, and piggy said we should just jail my Xast acc to get me unstuck (because you can't type in a nether portal and it wouldn't let me back through). So on my acc im like "cool, im gonna be unstuck" and then I log onto my Xast account and it says that I'm IP Banned... I guess plaz thought I was Autlsms alt, but I'm not ._. Please unban me as fast as possible.

If anyone sees this... Please tell Rose or Plaz to unban Xastifoodled, as I can't get on because I'm banned...

Err... I got word that Plaz unbanned me... he said it would take a little bit... It's been 2 hrs... Any ETA?

Err... It says I'm still IP Banned? I'm able to connect at my grandparents house but not at my parents house...

As of right now I'm at my grandparents on my laptop but I took a screenshot of this when I was back home... Hopefully you guys can help me sort this out
