As a medium sized server with growing number of GMT players more staff are needed for GMT.

Just reading another post and I agreed with what was said but the topic was locked.

Anyways, it is as the title states; more staff are needed for GMT.
During GMT evening the server seems completely fine and rules are upheld (because most of the staff are around USA time), during the day however there are often large numbers of language offenses among others. There may be 1/3rd of the players during GMT but there isn't even 1/3rd of the staff and it shows. Many people need staff assistance and leave down to pure frustration as most of the time none is available.

This is not a failure of USA based staff, you do more than expected - Nor is it a failure of existing GMT staff.
The staff that do come online during GMT day are bombarded with requests, from what I've seen.
I can't speak for them but if it were me, I would not want to come online - knowing that I would have no 'play' and only work-work-work.
If there were more this workload could be shared and I believe conditions would improve.

I believe several from the staff share this opinion. I think they'll just have to decide to pick someone from a staff application who is from GMT (or close to that)

I recommend a volunteer project! With a reward system if possible! Getting people excited to help the community may be more beneficial than you think!
